The service was prompt, their team was so supportive, and the home was always so nicely kept and aesthetically done. They were flexible and tried their best to make it a comfortable stay for us. Stayed in a penthouse in Novena and it was a wonderful experience. All of the roommates were great and most of the time I had the place to myself. Highest recommendation to HEI Homes. I had a great time staying at the Plaza for three months! The location is great because it‘s located pretty much in the city center with two MRT stations Nicoll Highway and Bugis (yellow, blue and green line) just 5-10 minutes away from the apartment. Also, the view from the apartment is amazing, you can even watch Formula 1 in September from up there 🙂 Hei Homes is super responsive, they take care of most of the things or repairs if necessary. The bedrooms are in a very good condition and common rooms and toilets are cleaned on a weekly basis. All in all it was a super good experience, would definitely recommend if you are looking for something near to the city. 🙂

Hei homes has been incredibly helpful and hospitable. It has been a pleasure staying with them. The place was properly maintained and I was lucky to stay in a newly renovated room. Constant maintenance and upgrade to the living spaces and would always send a notice / reminder prior.

I would say that my unit was very very reasonable in terms of pricing, considering the location (orchard) and the convenience that came with it!

I had a great stay with Hei Homes. I stayed with them for couple of years and came during the Covid times, and their customer service was amazing. Had the inspection of the room remotely, they hopped in on a call to answer all the questions I had, and when I reached the location, their representative was there to welcome me and give me an in-person tour of the flat. Their condos are very beautifully decorated, and come with all the furnishings and supplies you require. Cleanliness is taken very seriously as well. I never had any issues or complaints during my stay, and they took all requests seriously and tried to resolve them asap. The flatmates I met were very nice and kind. The management always responded quickly via WhatsApp and was prompt in resolving any issues we encountered. They provided household items or replacements if something wasn’t in good enough condition.

Plus, the rental price is very fair considering the location. But what I valued most was the contract flexibility. Not having to commit to a long stay was really convenient, as was being able to leave with relatively short notice. The utilities were included in the price, which is also convenient if you don’t want to set up new contracts.

Frankly, I chose HeiHomes after doing some research and visiting units from other coliving agencies. HeiHomes had the friendliest and fastest customer service, a fair price, and the cleanest and best-decorated units. I would recommend it for both short and long stays in Singapore.

Coming from the UK and not having time to view any rooms, a 3-month contract with HeiHomes was perfect. I had no idea this would turn into a full 18 months. They set themselves apart from other co-living places by really taking care with matching up profiles of flatmates with similar ages and different backgrounds. Thanks to them I have ended up with 6 lifelong friends. Because our condo was a little old, we had quite a few repairs needed (which you do need to pay for, but this is stated clearly in the contract) and they were always fast to respond and got someone in quickly to fix it. Overall I had a really enjoyable and memorable time at Central Green, and am very sad to leave. Would definitely recommend HeiHomes to anyone new to Singapore!
